Gym Lifestyle

How often do you visit the gym? We know some people will say everyday, 3 times a week,  some once a week. During those days how much work do you put in, do you have a gym schedule and how much time do you spend a day? Let us give you a little tip from Our creative director Nash Sobantwana, he goes in 3 times a week. His schedule is as follow:



  • Monday - Chest & back 
  • Wednesday - Leg & Cardio  
  • Friday - Arm & Shoulders 

Your muscle-strengthening activities should work your major muscle groups, which include your legs,back,chest, shoulders and arms. He spends an hour a day, 15 minutes for warm-up and another 45 minutes for serious workout.
